Getting Started
Kabuken is a Japanese equities fundamental analysis platform. It provides structured financial data extracted from official EDINET filings, Japanese and English labels where available, and AI-powered analysis tools — all in one place.
Create an account
Section titled “Create an account”Kabuken uses Google Sign-In. No separate registration is required. The sign-in page also has a “Sign in with email and password” link, which works only for accounts that Kabuken has set up for that method.
- Go to kabuken.intellics.ai
- Click Sign in with Google
- Authorize with your Google account
Your account is created automatically on first sign-in. No credit card is required to use the free tier.
Platform tour
Section titled “Platform tour”Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows recent filings across all companies, giving you a quick pulse of new disclosures. The Dashboard also includes a Market Events feed with trade-related and maritime developments that may affect Japanese equities.
Company Search
Section titled “Company Search”The Companies page lets you search listed Japanese companies by name (Japanese or English), ticker symbol, or EDINET entity code. Results show key identifiers and link directly to the company detail page.

Company Detail
Section titled “Company Detail”The Company Detail page has four tabs:

The Overview tab shows the company’s market segment (Prime, Standard, or Growth) as classified by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as well as risk context signals — industry-based indicators for rate sensitivity, export control exposure, and trade dependency. See Risk Context for details.

Portfolio
Section titled “Portfolio”The Portfolio page lets you track a custom list of companies. Add any company from its detail page and manage your watchlist from the Portfolio tab.
AI Chat
Section titled “AI Chat”The Chat page provides a persistent AI chat interface where you can ask questions about financial filings across one or more documents. Chat sessions are saved so you can continue where you left off.
