Kabuken is a Japanese equities fundamental analysis platform. It provides access to financial data sourced from EDINET public filings (XBRL format) for companies listed on Japanese stock exchanges, together with AI-powered document analysis features.

Accounts are created via Firebase Authentication using Google OAuth. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Each person may hold only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

Kabuken offers two tiers: Basic (free, limited AI chat usage) and Investor (paid, ¥1,980/month including tax, with higher limits). Subscription details are described on the Specified Commercial Transactions page.

Financial data is sourced from EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork, https://disclosure2.edinet-fsa.go.jp/), the statutory disclosure system operated by Japan's Financial Services Agency. EDINET content is provided under the Public Data License (PDL1.0, https://www.digital.go.jp/resources/open_data/public_data_license_v1.0). The financial data, analysis, and metrics displayed on Kabuken are edited and processed by Kabuken from EDINET filings; they are not the Financial Services Agency's original, unprocessed data, and Kabuken is responsible for any errors introduced during processing. Concept labels and calculation relationships used to structure this data are drawn from the EDINET Taxonomy, which is excluded from PDL1.0 and separately licensed under the FSA EDINET Taxonomy Legal Statement (© Copyright 2014 Financial Services Agency, The Japanese Government). We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

AI analysis features are powered by Cloudflare Workers AI. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision.

EDINET data is publicly available information. Kabuken's AI analysis outputs, user interface, data processing pipeline, and branding are proprietary to Intellics. You may not reproduce or redistribute Kabuken's proprietary content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intellics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made based on data provided by Kabuken.

We aim to provide reliable access to Kabuken on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. Maintenance windows may cause temporary interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for purposes other than personal investment research.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
